Born 15 January 1958 in Sarajevo; B.A. in Psychology from the University of Belgrade. Joined the Democratic Party in 1990, served as MP, Minister of Telecommunications, Minister of Defence, then elected President in 2004 and 2008. Led Serbia’s EU integration and Balkan reconciliation.
